Support The Johnson C. Smith University Concert Choir!
The Johnson C. Smith University Concert Choir has been an essential part of the University and is one of the leading performing vocal arts group in Charlotte. Its history began in 1908 when Dr. Thomas Alexander Long, Director of Music from 1907-1934 and Professor at JCSU, organized Biddle University Quintet.
We are launching a campaign in support of the Choir's spring season. Our goal is to raise $19,080.00 in celebration of the choir's creation in 1908. Donations will be utilized for operational costs including travel and performances and other student financial assistance beyond scholarships.
